We would like to thank everyone who has joined us on this new journey.
The launch of the new application has been met with enthusiasm, despite some initial difficulties.

Our team is constantly working to answer your questions and resolve any issues you may encounter.
In the meantime, we would like to clarify some common matters:

– Payment system maintenance: to improve our card payment service, we are temporarily suspending credit card payments on the community platform. This option will be restored as soon as possible. Payment via link remains active.

– App version: the latest available versions are: iOS 0.2.8 (32) and Android 26 (0.22). Please make sure you have one of these versions installed.

– Login issues: Some users experienced login errors due to case sensitivity in the email field. This issue has been resolved: you can now enter your email using any combination of uppercase and lowercase letters.

– Map access and unrecognized devices (e.g. “Unregister a device”): Please note that an active subscription is required to view the maps: TABACCOmapp 3.0 Subscriptions
If you encounter problems with unregistered devices or map downloads, we recommend: updating the app, logging out and back in, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. These steps will properly align the app system with the community system.

– Full map download: We are currently investigating a possible issue that occurs when attempting to download all available maps. While we work on a fix, we recommend downloading only a few maps at a time.

If you do not receive a response within a reasonable time, please write to us again—some emails may end up in spam or be incorrectly filtered. We are fully committed to providing support to all users.

We will release new versions as soon as possible to correct and improve app functionalities.

We are also working on the official release on iOS, which will be available without geographic restrictions. This may still take a few more weeks.
