We’re pleased to let you know that the new TABACCOmapp 3.0 app is now available in Android store. You must have a subscription to download the map. This can be obtained through the dedicate website: Community TABACCOmapp

Unfortunately, due to some bureaucratic issues related to the iOS/Apple platform, we are currently unable to officially publish the application on the App Store.

However, for all iOS/Apple users, we will keep the app available in test mode via the TestFlight app: access to the Tabacco maps will still require a valid subscription. Warning: at present, we cannot guarantee access to the app for iOS users outside the EU, and we strongly advise against making a purchase. As soon as we receive approval from Apple, we will proceed with publishing the app on the official store.

As a user of the previous map, there is an exclusive discount for you on annual and half-yearly plans, which will be automatically applied when you subscribe.

The discount is linked to the email address used in registering for the previous app. If you want to change it, please contact us. The promotion is only valid for a limited time (1 month from the app’s launch).

To access your discount and previous data, use the same email address you did when you registered for the previous app and follow the “Forgot your password?” procedure to set a new password.

If you participated in the test phase, we recommend that you uninstall the Beta version used during the test period and install the definitive version of the app.

The app is continuously evolving to best respond to the needs of our users and introduce new functionalities. Any malfunctions will be resolved as quickly as possible through subsequent updates.
