Dear User,

We’re pleased to let you know that the new TABACCOmapp 3.0 is now available in the public Beta version. This means that it can be tried and tested for free and with no special limitations. This beta phase will remain active for a limited period (and may be repeated afterwards), during which we’ll try to gather as many data and reports as possible to develop the definitive version. This will later be officially published in the Android and iOS stores.

Please note that, during this phase, various malfunctions could emerge, limited to a few users or affecting all of them, which will be resolved in the following days. At the end of the test period, all the accounts and information (e.g. GPX tracks) associated with the TABACCOmapp 3.0 will be deleted.

Just before the official launch, the data relating to user profiles will, instead, be imported from the old app, TABACCOmapp 2.0.

Please note that is absolutely NOT necessary to uninstall the old TABACCOmapp 2.0 app.

As a user of the old TABACCOmapp 2.0 app, you can use the same email address to access the new TABACCOmapp 3.0. You’ll just need to set a new password that will only be valid for the new TABACCOmapp 3.0 app. Or you can create a new account with a different email address.

The first tutorials and instructions are available here. Remember that the Tabacco map must be downloaded – Three-Line Icon and then Download maps – to display it.
